The Main Examination is itself divided into two parts : 1.The written Exam -1750 marks 2.The Interview -275 marks. The written exam consists of nine paper, marks of seven paper is counted for final Ranking While other Two paper 1(Indian language) and paper 2(English) are of Qualifying nature. 1)Paper-1:Indian Language. 300 Marks 2)paper-2:English. 300 Marks 3)paper-3:Essay. 250 Marks 4)paper-4:General Studies -1 250 Marks (Indian Heritage and culture, History and Geography of the world &Society) . 5)paper-5:General Studies -2 250 Marks. (Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social justice and internal relations) . 6)paper-6:General Studies -3 250 Marks.
